• Keep it practical and actionable: Share insights that attendees can implement right away—no BS or unnecessary jargon.
• Leverage real-world experiences: Use concrete examples, real stories, and lessons learned from both successes and failures. If sharing some real story, you can also share what you would have done differently.
• Avoid overly theoretical concepts: Focus on practical applications rather than abstract ideas.
• Highlight what works—and what doesn’t: Frameworks, techniques, and mindsets are most valuable when grounded in authenticity.
• Question the status QUO: Do you have a different opinion than the majority of people? Good, you might be onto something. Don’t be afraid to be a bit (or a lot) controversial. Keep in mind that being controversial is not about offending somebody, we want to keep the politeness.
